Extend an Extension

if you are trying to do it under permitted development you need to add up any extensions to original foot print since 1948

Ok posted image, ta freddy.
Now this was a very small cottage, 8 years ago it had a 2 storey addition.
I would like to add a single storey, to come out from the bi fold doors & square the property off.

I would need approval, as the original extension double the house I think.
This is a property I am buying,
