Hi all,
I'm toying with the idea of building a small extension on the side of my conservatory to add a downstairs WC.
The previous owner done a side return extension (shown in attachment with red outline), and as my house is detached I understand I can do 4m single story with permitted development.
Does this new 'extension' require planning if it's attached to the conservatory and only accessible from the conservatory?
