Shouldn't see why not, I know eurocell have designed a cill with ribs underneath it in order to clip the extender to, without those you'd just have to screw the extender to the cill. The only thing you'd need to think about is where you'd want the extender to sit, either flush with the brickwork face or set back, reason is bricks are 100mm and frames are only 70mm
These are the Deceuninck ones so it does look possible? I need about 25mm. Long story short: was built in 1930s as an open porch but subsequently had timber frames put in: sloping part was to take rainwater way away from front door.
