We have a large, thick concrete drive (was part of a farm where the tractors used to sit). I want to make it wider by 500mm, to the full length 8.0m.
I have dug out and fixed timber to contain the new concrete.
Do I use ballast 6:1?
Should I put in some temporary timber peices and do it in 2 sections, pour the concrete tamp it down, let it go off then do the next? Or do it in 1 hit?
