Extension best order of tasks

Hi all
I am going to be knocking through to my outbuilding in the next few months to extend the kitchen.

Out of the all these tasks is everything in order or do you have any thoughts on the order.

Put in new windows and back door to secure the area.
Apply for building regs and get structural engineer to design RSJ
Replace the roof on the outbuilding as its a bit leaky
Take out wall between outside toilet and coal shed side.
Get builders to install RSJ and remove current wall.
Move boiler.
Replace clay pipes for soil pipes
Dig new floor and concrete/screed and all the other jazz
Put up timber and board wall between toilet and old coal shed.
electrics
Plastering
Timber frame and insulation on outside walls for building regs.

Any thoughts on the above ??

If you're planning on continuing to live in the property while the work progresses, thus maintaing a working kitchen and bathroom, it's always a juggling act.
Of your list I would raise the priority of the soil pipes, especially if there is no need for internal drain work.
I'd also raise the priority of the new roof.
Perhaps putting the above two after the BC application.
I'd consider applying for BC approval before starting. The only thing it might affect detrimentally is the new windows/doors 'cos these may now be part of the inspection, but it'll save any separate notification.

But your priority for security is important.
