I am doing a self build extension and have to make some sense of how to roof this bit!
Red line - Ceiling height
Yellow lines bottom deck / insulation / top deck
This bit of roof is slighly lower than bit to the left.
Blue dot - sink outlet ( internally within stud wall)
Green dot - shower ( internally under floor )
Purple dot - bath ( internally under floor )

All pipes are being replaced with new.

I am making the assumption I need to box in any pipework above the roof deck and membrane over it?

On that basis the blue dot sink outlet also adds a fair bit extra onto the box work.

I was thinking of doing something like looking at reconfiguring the internal pipework and trying to plumb the sink outlet down into the floor and into the bath outlet or at least lower the pipe.

Would be good to know if I am on the right track with this and would appreciate any advice on any aspect.

Yes, the basin waste could go into the back of the loo (spigoted pan connector) or similar, and that would make thigs more compact. I'd also consider an external AAV, and seek an alternative vent stack elsewhere..? I'd say the bath waste could be tee'd off the shower stack spigot too, depending on falls.

Daft question, but is it feasible to take the SVP up through internally? Do you need a shower and a bath? I'm guessing young sprogs?
