Afternoon all.
I have a dormer bedroom, built into a hip roof under what looks to be permitted development. There is a 2x2 m stone column, from ground level all the way up to the eaves of the hip roof which contains two stacked bathrooms, one for each flat (ground floor and first floor) which is finished with a flat roof. I wish to extend said dormer out beyond the eaves and build an en-suite into the dormer above the second bathroom. I'll obviously need planning, just wondering if anyone has anyone come across or built anything like this before? The existing extension is non highway facing, side elevation.
Many thanks.
