We have a three bed chalet bungalow with three beds upstairs but want to extend over the existing attached garage which is already up to boundary. Our neighbours also already have A single storey extension up to the boundary, so effectively there is a barely a gap. I want to build an extension similar to our attached neighbours going over the garage adding an extra bedroom and a en suite and family bathroom (all bathrooms currently downstairs). What are the chances of getting planning permission. The roof line would be sloped to match the attached neighbours .......any thoughts please ?
