hi could someone tell me the price expected to pay per meter for a extension to a bungalow at single height
If possible the price for finished and the price for a shell would be great and possibly any sites I can use

£1200 per square meter single storey to a quality finish.

Location can plus or minus a few hundred £s from that figure. As can the ground requiring specialist foundations, or any other restriction on the site, etc , etc.
