Hi all, just wanted to get a few opinions please on best approach to get achieve a quality smooth finish on this elevation job.

It needs quite a lot of work, was planning to get all the old flakey paint scraped off, treat with anti-fungal solution then seal thinly with Sandtex oil based stabalisor.

Plan on using a mixture of Toupret Murex for the deeper fills and the Masonry filler (Touprelith) for more general fills and then planned to try out the ready mixed Toupret exterior slim coat to smooth off finally.

Paint will be Dulux Weathershield.

Would appreciate any thoughts/advice on whether this might be overkill or what best approach is for a really good finish.

Many thanks in advance!
