I've cement rendered the outside of my house but the weather isn't too good now so I'm thinking of leaving the painting till next summer. Can I leave it exposed as it is or do I need to take some precautions?

I've noticed a few (hairline) cracks in the cement render, should I fill these in now or is it best to leave it till next summer when I come to paint it and fill it in then? If the latter will I need to use some fungicide?

any hairline cracks are normal from the drying out process. Its really up to you, but any moisture entry will be minimal. i would be inclined to leave it till a dry spell in the spring. dont get to hung up on the waterproof side of things, you have an outer skin of brickwork and a cavity to deal with the water penetration. You just want a dry period so that any moisture in the wall is able to get out before its painted
