exterior wall patchy

Hi,
Wondering if anyone can help, I'm using Dulux Weathershield to paint my house, i've done 3 coats now and it's still patchy, mainley the high parts, is there any way of getting rid of the patches, I thought the first time It needed another coat but doing it 2 more times since it hasn't help, I'm using a paint brush.

It's probably a different texture where it's been patched up. It will look patchy.

Better using a roller to get a more even finish.
