Hi there. My house is 7 years old with wooden windows. I've got some areas (maybe 3 cm in length at most) which have started to peel away on the exterior ledge. Only in a couple of places. Can someone please advise the best way to deal with this? Sand these areas only and then primer that area and then exterior gloss on top? Or, should I sand the whole section back and then do the same? The windows and doors are starting to look tired and in need of a repaint but I just don't know how far to strip back and whether I have to re-prime everything etc.
