Hi all,

Since having my downstairs and upstairs bay windows replaced, it seems that things have 'settled' or 'settling' and there have been some internal cracks in the plasterwork around the upstairs window. At over 70 years old, the tiles inbetween the top and bottom bays seem to need taking off and putting back properly, as they are at various angles now.

The picture below is to describe the part I mean - it IS NOT MY HOUSE.

Would this be a job for a roofer?

Thanks alot.

Thanks - once the tiles were removed could they also advise on if the frame itself needs replacing? And if this were the case, and my house was roughly the same size as the picture, but without the patterned tiles, would this take a few days? I am just trying to work out potential costing.

Thanks again.

Your going to need to insulate between the stud work with kingspan or celotex its a couple of days for one man.
