Hi, I have some externally beaded windows and am looking to replace the glazing. Can anyone confirm what type of beading I have and if it can be used with internal wedge to secure the glazing rather than double sided tapes.

At the moment i think the glazing is attached using a glazing tape but cannot be sure.

Thanks you

Stick with tape, wedge is only to be used with a shuffle bead i.e one that slides outwards and locks into place once the wedge is fitted, yours are just kind of sprung loaded and press in to lock, a burglar could easily press against the bead even with a wedge in place and unclip the bead hence why its taped now
