I have made my external garage into a gym for weightlifting etc. I am looking to install some insulation boards on the rafters. I have attached pics. They are not deep rafters 10cm which limits what I can do. If I boarded them over with Recticel Instafit Polyurethane 50mm would it make much difference?
I have a flow and return already in the garage I can use for adding a radiator if the boards will help significantly. I have added insulation to the garage door and sealed the gap underneath also.
