I've seen loads of houses around here that have had this done recently (a lot by the local authority). I'd love to have it done, but the biggest expanse of wall on my house adjoins the public pavement of the side road (house is on a corner plot).
Would I be allowed to install insulation that overhangs and narrows the pavement like this?
