Extra socket

Hi, this question is relating to a motorhome,
I want to install an extra single socket just to run an a small extra charger. I want to run the supply from the PDU, however, all the MCB’s are occupied as is the main rcd on the right.
Would it be ok to take an extra feed off the top of an MCB, so in effect spuring off it ?.
The only other way I think would be to tap into the incoming hook up lead, would that be ok ?.

If it is an RCBO but not an RCCB.

Could you not, just connect to an existing 13amp socket? Use 1.5mm 3core flex for the installation, assuming the MCB for the circuit, is a 16amp.
