I have had an Arezzo extractor fan fitted recently as I had a new bathroom fitted. The builder noted it was not turning off and left it to see if it it would eventually turn off after saying he had tried everything. It is the following

I tried turning it off at the mains and back on again, no joy.

Any ideas?

Dust inside tricking the humidistat sensor so it's staying on?
Have you a fan isolation switch anywhere?
Outside bathroom or in a cupboard?

May need to remove and clean.
If that don't work adjust wiring so it's only comes on with light or buy a replacement

Did the builder attempt to adjust the humidistat settings?

Next time someone tells you that humidistat fans are fine and that you just need to set them properly, poke them in both eyes with your index and middle fingers...

Humidity fans, mainly , are absolute carp

When fitted they need days to adjust to their surroundings before they can be adjusted.

Hate them
