extractor hood question

hi guys

ive installed a cooker hood,, normally you would have the ducting pipework out of the wall behind the cooker, however i want to take the extraction pipework straight above through the newly laid kitchen roof, my question is what kind of fitting do i need ?....are there special tiles for this kind of work ?...where the end of the pipe from the hood fits the tile....any info will be appreciated..cheers
