Eyeball Spotlights for bathroom - do they exist?

Hi
Wanting to refit the bathroom & en-suite but the ceilings are sloping (significantly - it's the design) so I am wanting to fit recessed spotlights with the eyeball adjustment. I cannot find any compliant ones online. Anyone have a supplier or a suggestion?

"Eyeball" lights are very old, generally taking large reflector bulbs.

As RF showed, you will want adjustable GU10 lamps. However, for a bathroom they should be rated as such, and I cannot find any!

I would also go with LED's, as depending how close your head is to the lamps, it could be very hot!
