I’m getting an F1 Low Water Pressure Fault Code on my Ideal Logic Combi 24 boiler. I have checked the pressure gauge and it is at 1.3 bar. I have tried resetting the boiler (see below) but each time I do, I still get the F1 fault code.

Even though the pressure gauge was showing 1.3 bar, I topped-up the water in the system and the pressure on the gauge did go up so I assume that the pressure gauge is working as it should. I then bled the radiators which brought the pressure on the gauge back down again.

I have tried all manner of different things to try to reset the boiler:
1. Turn the mode control knob to the reset position and immediately return the mode control knob back to the required setting – This what it says to do in the User Manual but I still get the FI fault code.

I have also tried to:
2. Turn the mode control knob to the reset position and hold it on reset for 3 seconds and then return the mode control knob back to the required setting. I still get the F1 fault code.
3. Same as above but for 5 seconds. I still get the F1 fault code.
4. Same as above but for 10 seconds. I still get the F1 fault code.

I have also turned the power to the boiler off. Left it for a couple of minutes and then turned the boiler back on again. I still get the F1 fault code.
I then turned the power to the boiler off again. Left it for a couple of minutes and then turned the boiler back on again and did the same resets that are noted above for the varying time lengths, turning the power to the boiler off each time I did the reset but I still get the F1 fault code.

Is there anything else I can try to get the boiler to reset?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Thanks cross thread. I topped-up the pressure to 2 bar as you suggested and tried all the different configuations of resets and power on/off's that I did last time and the result was unfortunately, still the same. I am still getting the F1 Fault Code.
