FACIA AND GUTTERING

I am in the process of purchasing a earlt 1970s semi detached house and we have had the surveru back stating that all the wood facias etc are starting to root and need replacing also the gutters at the front and back are sagging. basically the lot needs ripping out and replacing - front, gable end and back-boards,gutters and downpipes. i have no idea on cost - could anyone help and give me a rough idea on cost. any help would be appreciated

Anywhere in between £1700 and £2200 mate from a reputable company who do a proper job off scaffold/towers.
