We had the 'pleasure' of installing a wooden flooring in one of those Fairview houses. The worst possible build homes we have ever encountered!
Our customer was very satisfied with our flooring, but has same problem with building works and aftersales care as you.
I can't understand why any company can aks that much money for such low standards!

I can't laugh at that rubbish work Simon, it's an embarrassment to the building industry. I suppose the message is: 'don't buy a brand new home'?

I would like to see a cooling peroid say 14 days on new home, if you're not happy then refund the money. This way it will put the pressure on them to make sure all the job are done because they don't want the hassles.
