Fan for large ex-drink cooler

Hi.

I've got a ex-shop drink cooler, I'm using it for cooling cut flowers.

The fan has stop working, due to burnout cause by seized bearing.

Can anyone help me? Do you know where I can buy a cylinder fan, like the one you find on upright room fan, to replace broken fan (it got a broken bearing)?

I would be so graceful if anyone advising me when to get them. It does not have to be the same, as lot it will fill in grille cover inside.

Manufacturers name or the spec would help, there should be a plate on the fan somewhere telling you the operating voltage & current rating.
