Fancy Number Plates

Can anyone tell me where I can get some fancy number plates, like wot I sees on the telly, that the cabinet ministers cars have, i.e. the numbers aren't visible to the cameras ?
Or is it just my eyes (Well it was blunketts car .....I think he got in the back ! ) ?

They have number plates on ships! do they use floating cameras to catch the speeders
