I am looking into a complete replacement of the soffits and facias etc to UPVC (hopefully brown, not white facias) of a 2 storey house. I reckon there's roughly 60m worth required all told round the whole house. Below is a drawing of the shape of the sides of the house.

Would anybody know of a rough estimate that I should be looking to get, so I know I'm not getting ripped off. And knowledge of any decent companies in the Kent area who anybody has had experience with would be appreciated.

Many Thanks
Steve

In South East Essex, they're charging up to £85 per metre

What size fascia? A 300mm fascia is double the cost of a 150mm. What size soffits? White soffits or brown soffits? Are existing soffits asbestos?

Easy access or a conservatory to get over? Big pan tiles or little rosemary types?

:)

Hopefully brown colour. House built in 80's so i highly doubt asbestos. No conservatory.

current wood Fascia - 200mm length, 20mm depth
Soffit is approx 330mm wide.
