Hi.
I just obtained, second hand, a hardly used Aquarius 1100 WM63. The waste was completely gunked up and the elderly chap probably gave up on it rather than call someone in to repair it so it is like new.
Cleared that out and did a rinse and it seemed perfect. Then I got it home and the sackbarrow handle came off and the machine went down with a bump on the motor side. (Duh!!)
I pushed the dent back in and looked under the lid to ensure no wires were trapped.
Did my first wash today and everything seemed fine. Nice & quiet. Then after spinning for a while it blows a fuse. Ran it with lid off and nothing apparant. Have checked all visible wires and no burns that I noticed.
It picks up speed and runs for approx 3-4 Mins then dies.
Do you think that the higher speed motor winding could be damaged?
Or do you have another suggestion?
