I have a Lamona HJA 2500 cooker chimney extractor unit which is 2yrs old and has stopped working completely.I have changed the fuses in both the spur box and the main fuse board with no success.
Any help would be appreciated.

The first thing you need to do is check that power is getting to the appliance.
You will need some form of test equipment to do this, a multi-meter or an approved voltage indicator are best for this, not a neon screwdriver!
Once you have determined if power is available at the FCU and all connections are correct and tight in it.
That you have a problem either with the flex to the appliance or the appliance.
I assume with you having an FCU, this is fed from a circuit that is working.
I would check for damage to the flex and any loose connections at both the FCU and the terminals inside the hood.
Remember to isolate circuit to do this.
