I am at the end of my tether with the installers. My extension was completed October 2022 and immediately I've had leaking guttering with water seeping down the walls. They've tried many "fixes" but mainly with a sealant gun.

Can you show us a plan drawing of the above abutment?

It's either crap design or crap execution or both. If it is a conservatory, then likely to be both. Little thought is given to rainwater with connie installers, hence their rush to fit crappy box gutters and the like.

Once went to a house where the customer said his gutters where leaking.
I got there to find it was a connie with no down pipe!

These are the latest photos after the latest fix yesterday. Water is still sitting in all four sides and not draining down the downpipe.

This will be because the gutters were not installed with the correct slight slope. Happens all the time where the installers are not very bright, they seem not to understand that water always runs downhill. I have seen the same error dozens of times. Solution is to remove the gutters completely, work out which way you want the water to run and re-install the gutters with a slight slope in the chosen direction.

Sealant isn’t the answer. Hard to tell, but where the guttering is, it appears to have an angled piece where it meets the house guttering, have they blocked this off so house roof has no downspout?

Yes, that was the latest "fix". The water now has to "climb" over that metal box. I despair.

Thank you both for your help. I do have videos but they're too long to be posted here. I'm going to try the "Local" section on this site to find someone to do the repairs. Or if anyone in the PE13 area reading, please get in touch. Thank you.
