faulty Panasonic plasma

Hi

ive got a panasonic 42'' plasma about 5-6 years old. I took the TV off the wall to do some decorating. its now back but not working correctly. there is about a 2 inch vertical strip that looks normal until a flesh colour is in that area of the screen ,then instead of flesh colour it goes bright limey green.

have i done something wrong connecting this back up. our can this be repaired.

your assistance would be appreciated

Is the same stripe evident when playing DVD's, assuming you have a DVD player or VHS tapes.

yep the same when playing a DVD, ive checked all the scart connections again. and no change. do you think its time for an insurance claim?
