Hi,
I had a new Rock front door fitted back in May 2012, by a local company that was recommended by Rock doors on their website, as the nearest local installer.
The door was fitted and they went. The next day i noticed that the weather strips on the bottom of the door, were not touching the threshold of the frame. Consequently their is a draft blowing under the door. I notified the installers and their surveyor came out and agreed, that the door looks like it is to short. He said he would get back to me.
Since then i have sent numerous e-mails, and made many phone calls, but they just make excuses or say soon will contact you, and it never happens. Also now we have to slam the door to close it as it is sticking on the lock side.
I need some advice. I am getting nowhere with them, what should i do now??
Many Thanks
Dave.
