hi guys
i'm new to the forum but think it's sound.!
i've got a question i hope someone can help with.
i've got a vokera compact combi boiler that i think has a bust timer. it's one that fitted into the boiler and is one of those mechanically timers like those plug in ones used to run table lamps.! thing is, when i set the clock and put the boiler to "timed" it doesn't click on when it should, if i override the timer to "on" it kicks up and works ok.
when the boilers fired up there is a faint whine from it which wasn't there before so i'm wondering if the timers bust which looks like a fairly straightforward job or is it something more sinister? any input would be great.
cheers andy
