Faulty White Wolf Boiler

I have a White Wolf combined storage cistern and boiler that is not getting hot. It's on economy 7. I'm guessing the element has gone. It has 1 bottom element. I can not find anything on this boiler so any help on sorting this would be much appreciated.

no. There is nothing I can see except the White Wolf sticker.
