Hi All,

Currently got an old wooden featherboard fence, with wooden posts concreted straight into the ground.

In the past, a couple of the posts rotted/broke at the base, and I repaired with those short concrete spurs that bolt into the post.

It looks like another post has now gone, so looking to see roughly how much it would cost to get a contractor in to do it. Don't want to deal with digging out old concrete and tree roots.

So anyone know what a typical price for a contractor to do one repair spur? (If they even do one off's like this)

Thanks

£100-200 in the southeast.

Just a guesstimate based on experience of quotes.

Blup

Ok cheers.

Might just do it myself again, but this time purchase a set of those post digger scissor gadgets to make it a bit easier. Raw materials+ tool probably £50.
