What fixings/size should I use for a steel post support into a concrete floor to secure a fence post?

Link doesn't work.

Is the floor already constructed? If not you can cast in a support or spur.

Fences are subject to strong lateral loads from wind and will try to loosen and wrench out fixings.

I used stainless coach screws into giant plugs for my shed posts, but for a fence, 8mm studding fixed with resin will be stronger.

Once fitted, you will not want to take it out for replacement, hence I say stainless studs, washers and nuts

And paint the steel shoe with oil-based anti corrosion paint before fitting.

Not sure why it's blocking the link but it's just the 70x70 steel post support from B&Q.

Yes the floor is already constructed.
