Fence - which side?

Which is the side that the homeowner is responsible for? We have the deeds with the plans, and on the right side the there is a 'T' symbol..
Any help much appreciated.

The T denotes that the owner on that side is responsible for maintaining the proprty boundary, but this can be separate to ownership of any fence or responsibility for any fence

When you buy or sell a property you are asked what boundary are yours/maintain. Well I am asked & the property I bought they where asked. These papers are then swapped by way of the solictors.
Maybe this is a recent thing.
