We have live in our house for 20 years...and lucky enough to have the deeds....the garden is approx. 120 foot long....a lovely old chap lived next door(to the left looking at the house). It had a 6 foot fence between us that had seen better days....we knew(thought) the other fence was ours but still we replaced 8 x 6 foot fence panels to be neighbourly....sadly he passed away...since then we have had a couple with two kids move in....he is a double glaze fitter who tends to know it all and said that was our fence.....can someone please tell me which one is ours.
Many thanks...

run off a few copies of the Plan. Give them to (all) your neighbours.

If you google "Fence T Marks" there's probably a legal definition somewhere. Law in England and Wales might not be the same as in Scotland and NI.

However nobody can be forced to build or maintain a fence if they don't want to (unless, say, they have a herd of cows that comes into your garden and eats the flowers).
