As you can imagine last weekend most of DIY shops are out of stock on fencing items.. Also getting difficult to find people to it as dates quoted is months away.. So I decided to replace 10+ post as DIY job...

Biggest issues I have is ..
Removing previous fence concrete and make hole for new - whats the best way to do this..? I had extra space on one side so currently trying place new fence posts little away from old ones. But soon I had to face to remove existing concrete. How can i do this easily..? what tools needed?

For new holes I orders a manual Auger Hope I can make holes with this ? Thanks

Remove previous concrete dig round and levering it out with a decent Spade or some of those long metal crow bars. Try to lift a bit then put something under until you can roll it out of the hole.
