Ferolli optimax he 25s filling loop (no pressure)

Hi there,
A friend has just phoned me saying she has error F37 which refers to low pressure...sure enough she tells me there is no pressure reading on the guage and the manual says it should be between 1 and 1.5 bar to operate.
I havent seen this boiler and would like to fix this over the phone (its all new stuf...new apartment)
Could someone tell me where the filling loop is on this...ive googled it abit but cant seem to find anything solid.

will do..rang her last night and it would appear the filling loop was not left in place and she cant seem to find it laying about the apartment either.
Her cousin popping in sunday to have a look @ it as im off on hols.
