Ferroli 38c Boiler fault..

I was just wondering why when the hot water is on, the heating turns off and does not work while the water is running.. Is this a known fault? I would like to know what it could be before I ring ferroli AGAIN... It is a Ferroli HE 38c.

richy its not a fault. the boiler heats water as first priority and the ch waits untill its finished
