Ferroli 80e

I have no ch but dwh,boiler is not firing up for ch, all the thermostatic valves are open on rads and thermostat down stairs is turned up. Any suggestions thanks.

I assume that's a combi?
Forst check would be electrical at the "call" connection on the boiler. Then see the Mfrs Instrs. ?temp sensor?
