FERROLI F30 BOILER

i have a problem with my ferroli f30. the boiler works fine when calling for hot water. it just does not when i want it to for the heating.once i use the water the stand by light appears to flash for the heating but it fails to come on. the pressure appears to be fine. the boiler does not seem to have a room thermastat but does have thermostats on the actual boiler and they seem to be fine.
help!!!

any ideas how much a pump would cost?

is there an easier way to identify if it is the CH pump that has gone as i am believe it or not, completely thick!!
