Hi all
I have an intermittent fault on my Falcon combi, it's about 7 years old and is very erratic in operation,
For example it will fire up on either DHW or CH and run for anything between 5 minutes and a few hours then shut down.
It then wont fire up even though a ? relay on the ignition pcb seems to be trying to make it do so.
There are no lock out lamps illuminated and the pump and fan runs ok, the ? thermistors have been cleaned by a Corgi engineer and the boiler was ok for about an hour after he left, then it was back to square one.
As you will gather I'm no boiler expert but do have a reasonable understanding of circuits etc, is there something glaringly obvious I can do to fix it ?
Any suggestions gratefully received (except 'buy a new boiler' !)
