Hi. Need some advise. The pressure drops when not in operation and on topping up I can hear the water flow and the pressure increases but it starts to make loud banging noise and pushes water out of the overflow. When correct pressure is obtained both CH and HW work ok although overflow still drips. Would this be the Pressure Release Valve or expansion vessel? If so, how easy it it to fix on these systems?
