ferroli optima 701 timer module keeps flashing 00:00 ??????

Hello all. hope we are all okay. just a quickie. I have a ferolli optima 701 and every now and again the timer module keeps resetting to 00:00 and flashing. I've replaced a low 3v coin cell in there but it's still happening. gotta be the timer module itself yeah ? I'm only asking incase i'm missing something else that's blatantly obvious. THANKS IN ANTICIPATION.
