Ferroli Optima HE Plus 31 C - F 40 fault

Does anyone know what fault F 40 means? I've tried pressing the reset buttons, but nothing happens.

Hi

Water pressure too high or low. Should be 1-1.5 bar.

Actually too high if I remember right.
