Aquired Ferroli Optima 2001 condensing combi boiler and have just had it installed in my loft along with all new radiators around house. Heating seems to work fine?, but on timed mode every time I switch on a hot tap it takes 4-5 mins for hot water. Even on constant heating and DHW when running a bath the water eventually gets very hot for about a minute and then just runs warm.
