Few problems i need help with!

Hi ppl,

I have a few problems with my windows in my flat. I work night shifts so need to blackout my windows. I put some blackout material that i got onto a velux window. The problem is that condensation has caused to material to become moldy and water is dripping down from it.

Is there any other way of blacking out the window e.g. can i buy blackout paint as i don't mind permanently blocking the light out of that particular window (but the paint will need to be removed from the window when moving out).

Also, what methods can i do to reduce the amount of water collecting on the windows? (it is a studio flat)
