Had an 6m extension done 6 years ago with a Fibreglass roof. Recently had someone over to take a look a main roof but noticed the flat roof on extension is really soft when walking on it. Have no leaks when it rains in the extension, any ideas what's happened to the roof. Scenarios:
1. The guy i had looking at roof thinks the fibreglass roof must be leaking and letting in water, the ply boards on the extension have gotten rot in them that's why it's soft when waking. Need a full replacement of ply boards and fibre glass roof. But then why is there no water leaking down into extension have had some heavy rain in recent months and no leaks whatsoever.
2. Doing some YouTube research - has the fibreglass layer potentially de-laminated from thenply boards hence soft when walking on but still intact and waterproof hence I'm not seeing any leaks.
Anyone see a similar issue on a fibreglass flat roof?
